To provide you with the greatest range of precision hand forgings, Superior Aluminum Products maintains some of the worlds largest hydraulic presses. These presses, range from 2500 tons to 6000 tons, and are equipped with the latest, high-efficiency, electro-hydraulic power systems available.

Productivity
To maximize throughput and economy, Superior operates three 1700 cubic foot gas-fired pre-heat ovens to allow multiple concurrent job processes. To accomodate short lead times and agressive production schedules, Superior operates multiple shifts, providing 24 hour productivity.

Efficiency
Adding to the streamilined forging process are Superior's advanced material handling systems. These multi-articulated handlers allow for more processes in each temperature cycle, which furthur reduces cost and project time.
